About

Miguel Paolo Celestial

Miguel Paolo Celestial is the editor, writer, and face behind El Bosquejo. He started the page initially as a menswear style scrapbook, while he was the Contributing Editor at Manila-based Garage Magazine in 2009.

El Bosquejo has evolved into many things through the years: from street style journal and fashion week notebook to a repository of ideas and musings on the world of fashion. Eventually, El Bosquejo has eased into its present form as Miguel’s personal style diary. In the years since, he has worked as a graphics and production editor for the Financial Times, a lifestyle writer for Philippine-based broadsheets and magazines, a fashion columnist for Hong Kong-based WestEast Magazine, a menswear stylist, a blogger for United Colors of Benetton, and has worked on projects with brands such as Victorinox and El Corte Inglés. Miguel has also designed for Bosquejo, an accessories and jewelry brand he founded.

In his spare time, Miguel dabbles in photography. But what he really wants to be when he grows up is to write, publish, and share countless books of Filipino poetry.
